I have to say… I had such a hard time narrowing down my favorite images from my shoot with Jeanette and Horacio’s engagement session, so this post will have a lot of photos as a result!

Jeanette and Horacio got engaged at Disneyland, so having their engagement session there was a no-brainer – it’s such a cool place to take photos. Unfortunately, however, California was having El Nino-style weather at the time so although we all had one idea in our heads as to what their session would be like, we had to improvise with the rain. Luckily, Jeanette and Horacio were extremely good sports about the rain and we ended up having a great time, and their photos turned out great as well.

When I meet with clients for the first time, I always like to tell them stories like this where although things aren’t going completely as planned, we can work with it and still come out in the end with something that is great. I’m looking forward to showing future clients this engagement session as such an example.

Jeanette and Horacio, I had a blast with you guys, and I can’t wait to shoot your wedding in a few short weeks!

Kristen + Aaron were married in Atlanta, Georgia at Piedmont Park. It’s such a beautiful location to get married. Their ceremony was on Clara Meer dock, while the reception was held at Magnolia Hall. Luckily, the rain held back long enough to give us some beautiful wedding for the ceremony.
